Inca Trail Machu Picchu 2 Days

Day 01:

KM 104 - Aguas Calientes

Early pick up from your hotel to the Ollantaytambo train station; Where we will board the train at approximately 06:10 a.m. We will continue the train journey in an approximate time of 1 hour and 30 minutes until KM 104. In place, there is the access control where we will have to present our ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS to be registered. Then, we will start the Inca Trail, through the archaeological site of Chachabamba, then we will begin the ascent of the mountain for approximately three hours to reach the archaeological complex of Wiñayhuayna at (2,650 masl / 8,694 feet). Where we will have a break to have our lunch. Continuing we will arrive at "Intipunku" (Puerta del Sol). From here, we can have one of the classic views of Machu Picchu after taking some photos, we will go to the entry control point and then take our bus to "Aguas Calientes" town where we will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 02:

"Aguas Calientes" - Machu Picchu - Cusco

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take the first bus to the Inca city of Machu Picchu, after collecting our tickets at the control point; We will visit the archaeological complex of Machu Picchu, which lasts 2 hours, After a pleasant experience in Machu Picchu, we will have to return to "Aguas Calientes", to take our train back to Ollantaytambo, arriving in Ollantaytambo we will have transportation to continue to Cusco, where they will be dropped off at your hotel.
