Note: For Inca Trail Reservations in high season (May-September) you must do it before 150 days before the departure date and in low season (October-January-March April) from 45 to 40 days from the date output.
Note: For reservations of alternative routes such as Salkantay and others, you can reserve 30 to 4 days before the departure date after consultation.
CONFIRMATION:
Once the reservation is confirmed, the prepayment will be made, which will be 50%, in case the payment deposit is not made, the Agencies will not be responsible for your reservation in the contracted services.
PAYMENTS AND RECONFIRMATION:
Once the services have been requested from our Agency, we will confirm the service and at the same time we will attach the corresponding detail of the service it includes. The reconfirmation will be carried out once the respective advance payment has been made in the indicated account.
CANCELLATIONS:
There will be no refund for not arriving at the destination, nor will there be refunds for services not used voluntarily by the passenger.
In case of the passenger who cancels his trip after confirming his reservation for the Inca trail,

RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is recommended to communicate any illness, allergy or physical impediment when making your reservation, even if it is only days before the start of the contracted programs.
